I recognized that he was very controlled and scripted. I knew he was “on something” since he wasn’t going off on any of his normal tangents.

Now, today, for this presser, he is back to his old wacko riffing and meandering style. And his under eye bags are blue.

Yup, it’s either from him being back on his prefered meds, or he is detoxing from the meds he was on yesterday. Or both.
