Schiff, Nadler and/or Pelosi should have subpoenas for Bolton and everybody else ready to fly when Moscow Mitch goes nuclear on Senate rules and blocks witnesses.

That leaves some wiggle room.

IMO, it would be a huge mistake to unilaterally rule it out, but let thing play out in senate for now.
