He first tries flattery:
"Justice Roberts is doing a fantastic job keeping this hoax of a trial under control."
"Mitch has done a wonderful job keeping 'our side' together."
Then he turns on his enemies:
"The Democrats will pay a huge price for impeaching our favorite President".
"The 'terrorist loving' Schumer and Pelosi do not love our country".
" Adam Schitt should be impeached! Most corrupt Congressman ever!"
Etc...etc...etc.
And the question might come up? Why is he permitted to tweet during his trial"?

(11,738 posts)The First Amendment bars the government from abridging speech. That doesn't mean that The House can't open up new impeachment articles from his attempts at obstructing justice by threatening members of Congress, just that he can't be stopped beforehand. I'd actually want him to Tweet because he won't be able to help himself and will get himself into trouble.

(11,738 posts)There is however, a difference between something being likely illegal and the government being able to proactively stop it from coming out.
Perhaps at some point there could be a gag order, but I highly doubt it.
