Some of the "entertainment" people get and the trained reactions they are having to items like that serve to detract from the real point. Most of what people belief about Trump and what he wants is an admixture of his personality traits and a bigger movement to overtake this entire country in a very slow coup. I mean that very sincerely.

You can put aside ideas about Nobel Prizes and various awards because they are facades compared to what Trump really wants and may just get. I don't want to spoil the fun, but the TrumpWorld manipulation works so well, (he has practiced for a LONG time and played one on TV, so to speak) that it can be difficult to tell when it is a distraction or playing the crowd and when it is the real thing or the fact of the matter.

If Trump gets to continue to circumvent our laws and stand above them then he is on his way to getting what he has really wanted all along. We have even seen that in his attitudes, admiration and even envy of current dictators and oligarchs. When somebody has one, major, pressing goal and everything they do is to support and further that agenda, then any minute in the mainstream is either trivial or it serves to accomplish said goal.

I only say that because our government as we know it and our democracy are at stake here and it is hard for people to see that clearly because we are not generally familiar with how it works, we are getting an American brand of it, and frankly, it is a rather frightening scenario. It can't happen here? It already is.
