What stood out to me from the Parnas interview

Frequent regulars to Trump’s hotel bar were making connections and working their magic to become more influential in Trump’s circle. I can’t think of a worst combination than booze and political posturing when it comes to influencing public policy. Especially within a culture that believes you’re good as your word. You know where else you can find these lethal combinations? Country Clubs. Not surprised that Trump’s fiefdoms are centered around these environments. Also explains why he wants to eliminate Science and statistical analysis.

Disgusting. But, you’re right this is the same thing on a really big scale. It’s a bubble and they think they are better and above everyone else. It’s all about them and they don’t give a shit. They actually think the fact that they make enough money to buy a Prada bag means that they are giving someone a job and helping the economy. I was actually told that at a country club. If they don’t have the money to buy the a Prada bag, that sales person doesn’t have a job. That’s how they justify it. So, they are helping the economy by being filthy rich. They believe it.

Unfortunately, they whine about the amount of money they're spending on their Country Club fees and hope to break even or make some profit out of their connections. And those connections sometimes reach into the City government!

Maggot was having all those people coming to maggot tower before the inaugural?
Deals being cut then and he played it to the maximum.
Pay to play.
