Rick Wilson: King Trump Wants Heads on Pikes. The GOP Can't Wait to Oblige.

King Trump Wants Heads on Pikes. The GOP Can’t Wait to Oblige.
‘TAKE HER OUT’
The creation of a new form of American government, where the executive branch is permanently and utterly above the law, oversight, and accountability is upon us.

Like so many things in life that move slowly and then all at once, I fear Donald Trump has finally led America to the moment in our political history where things go very dark.

“Head on a pike.” “Take her out.” A rigged Senate impeachment trial with a foregone conclusion where one party isn’t even bothering to pretend they have the least commitment to truth, the rule of law, or the good of the country. Calls for the arrests and court-martial of whistleblowers and truth-tellers. An endless assault on a free press. Taken separately, these are troubling glimpses inside the political hurricane of the moment, but as a mosaic, they portend something so much more dangerous.

The enemy is always within for Trump. The abundant testimony by Fiona Hill, Alexander Vindman and others about Trump’s effort—led by Rudy Giuliani and his private henchmen—to wreck Joe Biden, leading to the abrupt removal of Yovanovitch, isn’t a surprise. What was a surprise was that Trump is caught on a recording admitting it.

since the 1930'S when they tried to overthrow FDR. What I'm seeing is a nation one small step away from becoming a one party ruled fascist dictatorship.

Nothing's happening now that isn't the terminal stage of a steady progression since Reagan took office. The only lessons you guys learned from Watergate are Admit nothing, Deny and stonewall, Form your ranks into lockstep, and Ferociously attack the other side as "playing politics".

Appalled and terrified of the monster they created.

Nevertheless, Rick Wilson now speaks the truth and is sounding a necessary alarm -- unlike his former colleagues in the POT (Party Of Trump).

Nice that he’s finally come to his senses. But folks like you BUILT this.

You guys even admitted it when John McCain was running for president. The big slogan on the backdrop onstage at that convention. Blared out “You Built It”.

Power and greed are your thing. Now down the opposition by any means necessary.

I HOPE people like Rick Wilson have been sufficiently shaken awake that they renounce their past - and past motivations. But the proof will come AFTER trump has left the scene (in whichever way that might ultimately be). The proof will come if and when we see folks like Rick Wilson renounce the GOP and NOT fold back in, just because they assume the storm has passed and the coast is clear.
That’s when we’ll see what you’re really made of, Rick. And whether you’re really reformed.

Rick Wilson. RickTyler. Steve Schmidt. Elise Jordan. George Will. Kathleen Parker. Michael Steele. Jennifer Rubin. Michael Gerson. Joe Scarborough. Even Nicolle Wallace. And more. We’ll have to wait and see if they’ve REALLY seen the light, and where they go after trump no longer crowds the stage.

Those who remained in the Republican Party had to choose between fealty to our Constitution and the country they swore an oath to serve, or subservience to Donald Trump.

It is impossible to have it both ways, and they chose the latter.

History will not be kind to them, unless they succeed in turning the great American experiment in democracy into a theocratic fascist dystopia, where truth is repeatedly flushed down an Orwellian memory hole.

What has to happen is that both houses go to the Dems and they legislate many more constraints on the executive. That and hopefully a Dem President to clear the executive branch of its corruption directly.

The other thing is to let the people decide who is President by popular vote. Then when they say, “the people wanted this President”, it will be the truth.

..... to convict and remove the tangerine turd, while sickening, will probably be the
most galvanizing event to assure a Democratic majority in both Houses and a Democratic
President.

And hopefully Attorney General Adam Schiff will be confirmed and unleashed immediately.

We just need to hang on a few more months and GOTV.

We could do one little thing for tRump though after he's gone. We can name his new residence
TRUMP FEDERAL PENITENTIARY.

They want a permanent underclass - that's about 90% of Americans - and a permanent ruling group of overlords. They want to return to the Middle Ages, where there are monarchs, vassals (and 'vassals' represents the willing and eager bobbleheads, any so-called professionals, and career lords and ladies who are willing to debase themselves for the King), and the remander men and women, a/k/a known as serfs. I know where I and the others I know stand therein. Where will you and most others be in this new *order*?

..... the "Big Boys" want to break us down to such desperation that we will beg for any job
at any wage. Manufacturing was moved out of this nation to low wage/no regulation countries.
Profits go up because slave wages and no regulations allow for lower overhead. But, the prices for
the shoddily made products have remained the same.

Big Box and Amazon-like businesses pay so little that employees sleep in their cars and qualify for food stamps. Hell, a Walmart in my community had a big crate set up at the entrance with a sign
asking for food donations for the Walmart employees!!!!

I am hoping that like in the Eddie Murphy movie "Coming to America" I can at least get a job as
a "Royal Wiper."

I do believe that there is going to be a Reckoning. One thing for sure, there can be no more mamby
pamby offers to "not look back", "forgive and forget", "be bipartisan" bullshit. It 's got to be like WWII,
nothing but total destruction and only unconditional surrender!

to bring on another Holocaust. The GOP has become the party of Trump, and the first thing a fascist government needs to do is take on 'special powers' that quash dissent. Then they can ratchet up their oppression and rule through fear.

The problem is the hate-philosophy of the white nationalist leads naturally to war and genocide. And it is our problem now. Trump is evil and we need to get him out of office.
