Poverty Penalty - that's what I call it... BULLSHIT from the IRS

So I got my tax forms early and am seriously strapped right now due to disability and unemployment.

I get a partial advance from HR Block, fine...but that was like a drop in a bucket with a hole in it TBH

So the IRS has processed my refund, I go to check on the status...and they give me this Spiel about how there's a Law that they can't disburse funds prior to the middle of FEB because it comes from the Earned Income Credit... which, is what most poor people get.

So now I have to wait another 3 weeks to pay bills and buy groceries? I call it a poverty penalty.

fuck, I got nothing left, I seriously don't know how I'm gonna pull this off.
