Our side should be ruthlessly chiding Trump's cowardice if he doesn't testify before the Senate.

Trump is nearly all ego (and cheeseburger residue). We should be manipulating him (Pelosi, Schiff et al have been masterful) - at the grassroots level.

I work this angle (Trump's insufficiency as a dominant leader) a lot in my day-to-day arguments.

Paint him as a coward and a weakling. Play up the angle that even Hilary testified and that Obama would be enough of a MAN to testify if he had ever done anything wrong. Expose him for being the craven, pathetic, gutless bastard that he is.

It's foolish to pull out strategies better suited for kindergarten when they are supposed to act like adults. FOX news and the GOP may be popular with a subset but I don't want to vote for candidates who display childish behaviors and certainly won't be likely to be convinced by representatives who do so in their stead.
