I think he's basically saying, "The man's a fucking genius," but a shortened version.

LD has been anti-hand shaking for a long time now. He was way ahead of his time on that one. I remember Bob Costas interviewing him many years ago and they agreed to touch elbows or some such thing. No way was Larry touching hands.
