A Reminder From Oprah
years ago, on her show, a doctor discussed the proper way to wash your hands. According to him the amount of time it took to soap and rinse was important. He suggested saying or thinking...happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday, happy birthday, happy birthday to you...which he said would do the trick.
