1. Honest go gawd, don't go further with this. He's been belatedly put on the task force, BUT

I wouldn't let him dissect a cadaverous brain at this point. Much less have any faith in his medical judgment. He's lauded as a neurosurgeon, but even that has some controversy around it. But ignoring that, he's never shown even basic understanding of the wealth of medical issues--nor shown he cares.
