I know the Republicans were trying to ratfuck this primary in favor of a certain candidate that they believed would be easier to beat in the general, is that right?

Sad, because she was a very good lesser known candidate who was earnest in her run. She was not part of the scheme but she was getting backlash.

Sad. However.....Cunningham will beat Tillis.

I so hope he takes out Tillis. It will be one of the most viscous, vile, shitboxes of a general election campaign due to the white power envirns in NC begging Rump to goon it up. It will be fucking nasty.

Cunningham leads Tillis by five points in the latest poll. He's an excellent candidate and the best available for the Dems.

Tillis has a shameful record of Trump boot licking almost as bad as Lindsey Graham. Cal has a great chance to flip this Senate seat but will need an infusion of cash. Tillis has been packing away NRA and Pharma money.

I have no doubt the money will be there for Cal. Tillis is not widely liked and that will have an impact.

Tillis needs to go. He is truly a God awful senator. Cooper, Cunningham, Biden will be a great top of the line for NC. In 2008 we went three for three on the top line and we can do it again.
