That was the original intention. The friction within federalism is supposed to end in favor of protecting the rights of the people. Not to discriminate or take away minority rights, but to protect them and grant the most people the most freedom.

The worse the pandemic, the worse it would be for chumpy and his minions. He will be blamed for how bad it is and for being completely unprepared. Right now, a test for the virus costs $3,000 (as seen in other DU threads).

The backlash for the shitty way they are handling it will be insurmountable. They would be far better off if they enacted a good strategy that benefited a majority of people - not just the wealthy.
