Why is the Elizabeth Warren Group locked?

Warren has suspended her campaign. She has not ended her campaign.

Those of us who still support her should still be able to post in a group dedicated to her.

Stripping us of having Elizabeth Warren as our preference is silly at best. Locking us out of her group is an unpleasantness.

"Suspended" is just a term campaigns use so they can mop up their final funding issues, IIRC. Gidney N Cloyd Mar 2020 #3

I agree that the group should remain open, but she has, in fact, ended her campaign.

But yes you're right she did say she would not be running in 2020.

The difference is that her delegates are not released.

It took about 30 seconds for Pete's group to shutdown after his announcement and I wasn't happy. I at least wanted to make a final comment.

She retains her delegates and she would still be viable in a contested convention.

So when that went, it was effectively locked.

The Tulsi Gabbard group is still open. Of the 5 people who ever posted in it, 3 have had their posting privileges revoked. LOL.
