I just KNEW it had to be Rand Paul! He only does this stuff to get attention - because he's a totally ineffectual Senator otherwise. Has he ever accomplished anything? The fact that he's a self-certified fake doctor is astounding.

"Gee, I have to have some eye surgery. Cataracts? Who should I see about that? Should I see that Board Certified Physician across town? Or should I go to an idiot like Rand Paul? Such a difficult choice."
