A remarkable young friend of mine has decided to skip med school and "the good life." Instead, he is heading up a health organization that serves the most poor and disenfranchised area of Nepal, which is already the poorest country in Asia.

Nyaya Health is competing in a contest to receive $250k in funding and desperately needs votes.
