He was photographed with what appears to be a wet spot on his pants, and the position is not consistent with his having sat in something damp.

Also, shots from the front don't show a wetness pattern consistent with something having spilled in his lap. That limits the two most mundane potential moisture sources.

It MAY be fake, photoshopped, possibly. But it doesn't look like a shadow.
