A 105 foot personnel transport ship has rendezvoused with the ship. The Miss Tammy is a crew transport vessel. It departed Alameda at 4:04 PM PST and went directly to the ship. Both ships have been dead in the water for more than 30 minutes.

Hopefully, these means that they are removing them from the ship before any next care/quarantine steps, not just parking them out of the way.

The city of Long Beach said on Twitter today that the CDC has decided to hold passengers on board the Carnival Panorama docked at the Long Beach Cruise Terminal while a passenger is tested for coronavirus.
The passenger was transported to a hospital by the Long Beach Fire Department this morning. The move to keep passengers on board was done "in an abundance of caution," according to the Tweet.
According to Long Beach, no residents have tested positive for coronavirus.

They were informed at 9:45 p.m. by Capt. Carlo Queirolo. The negative result was confirmed by the City of Long Beach.
Because of the late hour in receiving the results, the current guests will stay on board overnight and debark on Sunday morning, Carnival said in a statement.
We thank our guests for their tremendous patience, cooperation and understanding and the support of local officials who had required coronavirus testing out of an abundance of caution, the statement said.
