Its always a bit screwy for a few hours whenever the clocks go forward or back.

(17,434 posts)It is just after 10 pm EST Saturday as I post and just past 3 am Sunday UTC. When I worked for a multi-national we used to see this sort of thing with multiple sites showing the new time early. I think the IT/software folks had much bigger fish to fry than to code separately for each time zone. They just picked a point in time and changed all the UTC offsets for the US.
