It's goes along the lines of 'ZOMG Obama waited to declare a Public Health Emergency for 6 months after it was declared a Pandemic and 1000's died!!!111!'
Note that Trump declared a PHE for COVID-19 about 1 month ago ... so they're trying to imply he was way more proactive than Obama was with H1N1.
Which is, of course, a freaking lie.
It's even been removed from FB for being a lie, that's how bad it is.

Oh, and one more thing ... many more people died of Flu in 2008 flu season ... when Bush was still President ... than 2009, which ended up being a relatively normal year for total flu deaths (including H1N1). That's cause there was a H1N1 vaccine out by November of 2009.
