before working out. No one gets in my house from now on until we see a little more clearly how this is going to go. I'm single and retired so I can do that fairly easily. I figure I may as well make myself one more person no one has to worry about.

I made a Costco run for t-paper, which I was close to needing anyway and also grabbed extra coffee, so I won't need to go there for a few months. The grocery trips in the middle of the night will limit my exposure to anyone. I'll use drive thru's for banking or anything else, maybe even brewskis if the urge hits.

I think I might have a few cold one's and watch The Andromeda Strain later.

Coffee! Yes top of my list. ☕️

I’m a fresh foodie fan (in addition to my stock of rice pasta & legumes canned fire roasted tomatoes condiments etc) so I go to store at 10:00 am when new produce is being brought out from delivery. The produce crew are kind & let me get from new stock with my blue gloves hands ☺️

I wash in sink with a titch of bleach, rinse well & store in my own bags.

I do the same to any packaged foods or stuff as well like organic box of veggie broth, cough drops & canisters of pea protein...you get the gist. Disinfect everything we bring into the house.

I rewash a meals worth in water & salt & then emerge in boiling water for 3 minutes.

With lots of prepped crisp veggies, a wide variety of meals can be quickly assembled.

I like mine in a simple dressing made from 2:1 rice vinegar:Braggs aminos, a titch of sesame oil & cayenne powder for a bit of heat.

“eat it if you can peel it” is a good precaution for fresh foods for at risk people as well. Of course disinfect first & wash hands before eating

Caution is our friend. 🍻🍻🍻

Be safe dear one

time. I'm a little surprised we haven't had a case in town yet, but we will.

I'm a fresh produce fan too, but I don't take it that far. One thing is that sometimes the store I go to is out of pineapples. Man I love fresh pineapple! They only get so many in and run out occasionally, but never usually two times in-a-row.

We must do all we can, as quickly as possible, to slow the spread and to prevent overwhelming the health care system.
