Drug Companies Spend 10X As Much On Advertising As They Do On Research

So when they tell you why they don't have any treatment for the COVID-19 virus, you will know the real reason.

We don't need no stinkin' anti-viral pills even though we had similar outbreaks before. Gotta run them ads! Profit!!!! More Profit!!!

$$$$$$ Buy our stocks!

By the way the advertising they buy is actually ransom PHARMA pays the "MSM" to not do specials on why our drugs cost so much more here than they do ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD.

Yes, I am angry.

I hope my family and I make it.

I just talked to my 82 year old mom and she is at a basketball game with thousands of people. What are the odds.....

a condition he has or thinks he has. Maybe even has friends telling him that's really the shit, and he wants to get on it. So he goes to the doctor and his doctor doesn't agree, and prescribes a different drug, treatment, diet or whatever. If the guy thinks his doctor is wrong, or even pissed at him, does that hurt the chances of the different drug or treatment working?

Is a travesty. How come every other country in the civilized world can figure it out but we can’t?

The ones I particularly detest are the ones for pills or shots for schizophrenia or bipolar.

And then they list all these bad side effects too.

Outlaw the direct-to-consumer prescription drug ads and you'll see prices fall.

Companies will, and should, still be permitted to advertise to medical professionals via magazines and other publications aimed at health care pros. The real reasons for the price gouging of pharmaceuticals are twofold: legal direct to consumer ads and, most importantly stated, because they can.
