The sanctions are up to a max of 208 weeks, but why shouldn't he be reported to the police ?

Especially since the interview began with laughter - obviously with the interviewers treating it as a joke.

European soccer leagues. I don't know if that has anything to do with this, I just know that what little I've read made it sound as if almost no one gets to the professional leagues without having been abused.
