A man is recovering after a shark attack behind a South Beach hotel.
The attack happened on Saturday afternoon, as a man was swimming behind the W Hotel at 22nd and Collins, according to Miami Beach Fire Chief Javier Otero.

(47,487 posts)and the knowledge that behind many Florida hotels you usually find some kind of open deck area and pool. I mean, why mention that it was behind a hotel when almost every inch of beach along Florida is lined with hotels?
A man out for a swim, get his leg chomped by a shark, would have been more accurate.
