On coronavirus, Trump is a walking, talking, tweeting disaster

https://www.cnn.com/2020/03/08/opinions/trump-twitter-coronavirus-vinograd/index.html

The Trump administration has had nearly three months to track the spread of coronavirus and get ready for its arrival in the United States. But given the state of the government's level of preparedness and public messaging, one might assume that Covid-19 was born yesterday.

As we look toward another week of headlines about the virus and its impact, we should expect Donald Trump to continue checking off the "do not do" list when it comes to disaster response, including by spreading misinformation with statements minimizing the extent of the problem and contradicting health officials on the availability of testing kits.

We will hear over and over there was nothing more that could have been done. Trump did everything Possible. No other president could have done better.
And that will be drilled into the populace until it become the new truth.

This isn't going to damage him at all. People with dead family members will continue to thank him for everything he did to protect them. That's how it always works.

will not be tested, they will be buried and will have died from pneumonia from the regular flu. Easy way to fudge the numbers, bury them.

About the greatest health threat we've ever had in our lifetime, and he lies saying its contained, and a hoax. Congress should remove him using anything they can , or he'll make this disaster get much worse, like a depression. Is trump doing this for putin? The hoax is trump being legitimately elected, and was installed by putin. Having someone promoting putins propaganda over the truth should scare all trump supporters they've made a huge mistake now. trump is an international disaster , and hurting the world with his policies and all his lying. The markets don't trust him, and neither do I. Corruption and incompetence rules right now.
