Ann Romney: ‘Our Struggles Have Not Been Financial’

Mitt and I do recognize that we have not had a financial struggle in our lives,” Ann Romney said in an interview with Mitt Romney that aired on NBC’s “Meet the Press” Sunday. “But I want people to believe in their hearts that we know what it is like to struggle. And our struggles have not been financial, but they’ve been with health and with difficulties in different things in life.”

Didn't she say they had it so rough that they ate cardboard tuna or something on an ironing board?

Ann, you still don't get it. Yes it hurts when one of your loved ones is sick, we wouldn't be human if we didn't feel the pain. I'm sure you had plenty of money to take care of all those medical expenses. Other families either go without the healthcare they need, or choose which bills they need to put on the back burner, and hope the bank or some corporation they owe money to don't come knocking at their door.

You don't know the struggles of most Americans who go from pay check to pay check trying to make ends meet. Hoping against hope that nothing breaks down like your car to get you back and forth to work, your washer/dryer if you even have one, your air conditioning/heating...or GOD forbid someone gets sick in your family. You don't have any of those added worries...you can just go out and BUY the best of everything including healthcare and not think twice about it. It's nothing to you! Our struggles are nothing to you!

Stop pretending like you know! You don't have a clue!

"...health and... difficulties in different things in life...” with financial means is NOTHING at all like struggles without financial means...
