There's little profit in this kind of speculation. IF (and it's a VERY big if at this point), anything of this sort is established .. then there is plenty of time to pile on.

The testing situation is in somewhat of a state of flux right now (from what I understand) with many of the states doing their own testing. So .. "distribution" from the feds .. might not even be applicable in some cases. Let's wait until we have better information.

edit: "many" of the states is probably not accurate. most states are still testing with "kits" supplied by the CDC .. and performed within their own facilities.

in that he HAS to get the kits distributed, but once mass testing begins the numbers of cases will explode.

He'll look bad if he delays or holds them back, but he'll look worse if he hands them out because of his ineptitude.
