No source here --but my speculation . I am wondering if you would would consider it unethical if Michael Bloomberg were to buy the tape (if it was available) and used it in his current ad campaign. Do you think it would be permissible under the Supreme Court's concept of permitting independent expenditures for political communications by corporations. It seems as though it might be permitted to pay off a porn star to be silent about a candidate, but I am wondering if they could also be compensated for a complete disclosure? What do you think?
