My small experience with the COVID-19 virus

I was in the ICU the other day, didn't really need to be there, but the ICU staff is better trained to handle my issue in a regional hospital.

So I saw my nurse and a couple of others just outside the hall in discussion handing out papers "saying this is what you need to know, do, etc."

So my nurse comes is and I ask, "Is that for the virus?"

And he says "yeah we have a patient here under quarantine".

I say, "strange, haven't heard about it in our area"

He says "he hasn't been tested yet, were having trouble getting kits from the CDC"

Gov Cuomo said they've only tested 5000 NYers so far because of test kit shortages.

Sitting at a bar in New Smyrna Beach watching the TVs they have lined up. Faux news is reporting that the Chinese think dumps response to the corona virus has been swift and decisive and they wish their country’s response had been as good. Aren’t we lucky??? /s/

of a whole bunch of people who would have eventually become Darwin Award winners. Notice I say 'would have.' They won't make it to that point if they get this virus.

And it's not a question of if. It's 'when.'

How do people that stupid get from one end of life to the other? I know you can't answer that. I'm just asking out loud.

Trump said that everyone who needs a test can get tested. Trump said that there are so few cases that the the virus will probably disappear in a few weeks!

Who should we listen to? Healthcare professionals or our president's gut?

Sorry, 'gotta go find a healthcare professional!

realize that they are all talk and lies...no need for real accomplishment if you and your surrogates can just tell your base you are doing great. What have they NOT lied about?

We've heard it a hundred times...tax cut for the middle class, better health care, soldiers fighting better than ever, no testing in NK, blind trust, no russian involvement, perfect call, etc. This time, even though they've hidden the truth for a while and may continue to the end, concealment may be harder and the ramifications starker...a wake up call for the believers, perhaps.

Maybe this will help people and voters look back at all the bluster and braggadocio and deception and realize the depth and expanse of the con.

OP: sounds like you should take care. Good luck.
