to pandemic that will cost hundreds of billions of dollars is to cut revenue needed to fight the problem and pay for Medicare/Medicaid.

The Pentagon seems to have extra money to throw around. Or maybe bring back the taxing of the 1%. Or have trumps campaign pay money owed to communities so those communities can help their citizens. Or stop golfing. Pull military out of Saudi Arabia.

trump knows cutting SS and Medicare might really hurt him with his older, voting minions, so he is creating a quasi-legitimate back door to get his Medicare and Social Security cuts without any consequences to him. His rich friends will love him more and people like me could well be on the street, literally. It's a very scary proposition, especially since many of the talking heads on MSNBC have yet to mention trump's nefarious and obfuscated "tax cuts"
