Tokyo airport

Landed at Narita Airport yesterday afternoon. Every incoming passenger was thermally scanned for fever before they were allowed to go through customs and immigration and pick up luggage. They had the cutest little dog sniffing everybody’s luggage. She found the apple and orange I had forgotten was in my carry on bag. The dog’s handler gave her a nice head scratch and its little tail was wagging like crazy. About 70% were wearing masks. I see the US has blown by Japan in terms of number of cases and deaths.
