I am indeed better off now than I was 12 years ago! I was in debt due an health insurance company fraudulent selling of insurance to me . This forced me to file bankruptcy to the tune of about $80,000 owed to major medical companies, because they said I had pre-existing conditions, in the end I found that they were not lisenced to sell insurance in Nebraska. I have seen paid off my debts and have paid off my a new car in less than 36 months on a 60 month loan. Yes, this all the past fours years! This all started in 2005 and I was in business of owning a truck. I sold the truck and now I work for a company where I make a decent wage. I know it could be better, but hey I am not Mitt!!!!!!!
