"SNIP.......

“The Trump Organization paid bribes, through middlemen, to New York City tax assessors to lower its property tax bills for several Manhattan buildings in the 1980s and 1990s, according to five former tax assessors and city employees as well as a former Trump Organization employee,” ProPublica reports.

“Two of the five city employees said they personally took bribes to lower the assessment on a Trump property; the other three said they had indirect knowledge of the payments.”

So brazenly flouting the laws that everyone else must obey all while being the poster child for the phrase 'conflict of interest' with his appointments, such as Pruitt to the EPA (assuming he's still there and hasn't been fired for an even worse sycophant). All the best to Dem's in the upcoming GE, blue wave 2.0. Cheers from north of the border.

Some numb nut in Nixon's Department of Justice issued a memo about 50 years ago saying the President cannot be charged with a crime while in office, and for some reason that opinion is still considered binding to this day.
