It’s based upon the SP500, not the DOW, and triggers at 7% - just FYI.

One other thing to watch, sometimes the drop isn’t as dramatic as futures would indicate initially. If that happens it’s bad because it means there are no buyers. The stock price won’t actually change until there is a buyer and seller. Some stocks Monday took over 30 minutes until the first trade went through- and it was down 22%. Europe had more examples Monday.

Circuit breaker is at 7%, so it's still a ways to go. But volatility is crazy, so it definitely could happen.
