Why aren't all TV stations displaying a running count of "tests, confirmed cases and deaths"

from coronavirus at the bottom corner of the screen? They have "countdown clocks" and "promos" for all sorts of relatively meaningless fluff. Why not put the terrible Trump-incriminating FACTS under the noses of their viewers?

This is a medical emergency, not a financial glitch. It's about time we stop worrying about inconveniencing or angering big money interests and rub people's noses in the horror we are about to experience.

That we are considering spending billions of dollars to aid the "cruise industry" while failing to provide paid sick leave to employees who may be infected is OBSCENE!

is either not being collected or not being given out

4. "such info" IS available. Is it accurate? No. Is it complete? No. But, publicizing

its inaccuracies and incompleteness may force even "low information voters" to ask "WHY?"

3. I know this one..because the CDC has done 0 tests in

the past 3 days, 8 were done by private firms. This doesn't include NY, CA and WA, I believe they are testing through other sources.

11. by reading the number of coronavirus infected people being reported at some of the state levels

CDC does NO testing, they get kits out to the states and the states administrate them on who is tested. and then sent to a lab in their location for results.

12. If that is correct, it is a very recent change as the CDC WAS analyzing tests 4 days ago,

once again, per the chart displayed during the Pence interview. I understand that local labs are supposed to be analyzing also, but their total yesterday was EIGHT tests analyzed (while CDC did zero).

Do you not think this is a terrible failure which should be publicized?
