A lot of events, etc are being shut down or postponed until mid-April.
Why? What will be different by then,
other than we'll have more infected, more dead?
I'm trying to decide whether to reschedule 2 doctors' appointments from last half of this month to late April.
Better to go now before infections increase,
or do 'they' expect things to be better mid-April?

(7,294 posts)I have those same thoughts. Very difficult to decide what to do now.
ETA: but the idea is to "flatten the curve" so not everybody gets sick at once.

Optimistically, warmer weather might help. As usual, though, you can wish in one hand, shit in the other, and see which one fills up first.

(7,460 posts)Same thoughts I've been having. The virus isn't going to say "Oh, it's April, time to vanish"
