They screwed up and didn’t order enough tests but that’s the simple part.

This is a logistical issue and needs an execution plan. How many tests have been ordered, where and when are they arriving.

Where can people go for free testing? Do they have enough kits and are they being resupplied?

Where do the tests get sent? Do we have enough lab capacity in place ready to do the expected daily volume of testing? If not what is the plan and schedule to fix that?

The military has the expertise in logistics. The CDC has the expertise in the individual steps needed. Pick two very good people from both and let’s get a plan.

Every thing needs to be tracked publicly so we know we aren’t still fumbling around. If it isn’t tracked it won’t happen.

These are things the executive branch has sole ability to do. We have a moron incompetent as the chief executive. He couldn’t manage a casino.

And, he has financial interests in companies privately producing tests.

Just basic evil.
