Having been clearly warned, they are fully aware of the risk to patrons. To chose to go forward with full knowledge of risk would seem to me to leave them open to tort liability.

By doing this now, and ignoring the health risks, and having this is helping undermine containment. Maybe the Gov. of where its held will prevent gatherings like this, reducing people to people contact.
