Is this the end of the politics of chaos?

Trump's meandering response vs Biden's thoughtful pragmatism makes me wonder if this is what it comes down to in 2020: chaos versus competence. I am guessing Americans as a whole are weary of the Trumpian chaos and are now ready to embrace Biden's competence.

If it's a hoax, why is the government responding to it all. The whole world is upset over a hoax?

I've said since last year that this election was going to be a referendum on whatever the opposite of chaos and hatefulness was. After 3 1/2 years of The Crazy, people are not looking for Revolution, which can bring more uncertainty and angst. They are looking for steadiness, experience, and yes—that dreaded phrase—a return to normalcy.

that we deal with the ratfuckers and establish a fair and secure election.
