1. I've been treated at that hospital a half dozen times in the last 6 weeks.

the spouse of my cube-mate works at the same hospital. She says there's been several unreported CV+ cases there. She claimed a doctor suspected one patient had it, but got distracted all day and didn't do anything about it for 6 hours, all while nurses/providers were in contact.

earlier this week I decided my issues can wait a few weeks.

meanwhile my employer's management decides to gather all 100+ of us together at once to cover the companies new pandemic policies.

3. Mine's a little better, but we still have employees traveling to bad spots.

Several of them just came back from CA.

They did send out a notice to keep meetings small enough to maintain the 6 foot separation.

Me, I grabbed my computer this afternoon, and I'm at home for the duration. It might actually allow me to focus on my core project, without the inevitable distractions. I'll hold meetings over Skype.
