Just a thought or two while monitoring elderly mom's blood pressure. (A little low--hypo glycemic--but will monitor thru night; I's youst to this) Dearest Donald has had a really bad week, the kind that could shake even his belief in his tremendous self. 1. Coronavirus (COVID-19); with "princess" working from home--self quarantining? did it finally hit TRUMPY that this shit is real, and he can't cover up his lack of epidemiological prudent response? 2. Stock market sell off; can't really blame the response to his speech and oval address on anyone else? 3. The country from State governments- to local municipalities, to local school districts, to local and regional hospital and healthcare systems responding as professionals--even if they must respond on their own. 4. The citizens responding on their own, many preparing for social isolation periods, and changing lifestyles, if only temporarily to cope with risk of COVID-19 5. Major cultural events cancelled; DAMN little public criticism or outcry, but rather understanding and emotional support for those who will no longer be able to participate. 6. finally, LAST, BUT I THINK IN NOOO WAY LEAST--DID HARVEY "FUCKING PIG" WEINSTEIN'S 23 YEAR SENTENCE, (more than well deserved I might add) finally rattle TRUMP into realizing--if just for a sec--that this is quite possibly is NOT GOING TO END WELL FOR THE ORANGE BLOB. GOD I HOPE SO! Please expand and express your thoughts--add to this--I'll check back between pressure readings thanks

Here's my guess on what he's thinking - assuming he thinks (my numbers match yours).

1) I'm sorry my favorite kid is sick but she'll be back in a couple of days. I knows all about medicine after all. Besides, if it comes down to her or me, she goes right under the bus. I am more important.
2) Stock market? Not my fault. The Dems are trying to make me look bad.
3) This is all a hoax to make me look bad. Better tweet some more to try and embarrass them for being "snowflakes."
4) Dumb shits outside my base are falling for the hoax. Better tweet some more and make fun of them. After all, I don't give a shit what happens to them.
5) Just more of the hoax. "Culture" is just elitist bullshit anyway.
6) Nothing to do with me. We have nothing in common. He's just an example of the perversion of the Dems.

3. Now the corona virus and stocks, next the recession

It’s really just starting. The pandemic is going to end up killing many old people. Not that he cares, probably be glad to not have to shell out the SS payments they were collecting. But it will be seen by the large older white crowd and as they slowly start opening their eyes they are going to know Trump was at fault. Then the crashing stock markets will hurt his rich friends, but the two together will put us in a long deep recession that ought to be fairly obvious and painful by Election Day. The recession is going to hurt most everyone, but younger workers trying to enter the work force will have a hard time finding jobs. Older folks that were looking to retirement will see their 401s collapse and his rich buddies will pull their usual go to fix out: lay-off older highly paid workers, cut benefits, ship jobs overseas. Then the rethugs are going to realize trump is going down and will start abandoning ship.

Then people will start wanting their president to do something. Not just golf and have endless campaign rallies to stroke his fragile ego and provide. Steady stream of profits. Then all the rich folks who have been using Trump properties to get in his good side will avoid them, not wanted to be associated with the Trump name, which by the way was just ruled in Europe to not have any value. Most Americans already knew that and once it’s obvious he is a liability even the Russians will cut and run.

4. I hadn't thought of it before....

But I do agree the Weinstein (old white, rich sexual predator) sentenced for 23 years might have rattled him. So much in common, except of course the color of their skin. Impotus leans way orange while Weinstein leans pasty.
