Just had a very sobering thought re: long-term ramifications on hospitals and health insurers

With the impending hospitalization of thousands upon thousands of people for multiple weeks at a time, what will be the ramifications on health insurers who’ll have massive outlays to cover the insured?

And the hospitals who’ll eat a lot of cost of patients withOUT insurance?

As will hospitals. And we will all suffer. And anything that increases consumer costs will be reflected in lower economic activity, depressing the GDP.

You'll be put on a "send us your paycheck for the rest of your life" payment plan

edit: and don't be surprised if care is rationed on ability to pay
