If the new federal #Coronavirus bill passes as is, New York — which has the most Coronavirus cases in the nation — will once again be shortchanged and the bill prohibits many changes to the Medicaid program. Goodbye MRT, goodbye NY balanced budget! Stop hurting NYS.
