Im trying to stay at home and isolate as much as I can. So far Im still venturing out on brief excursions every couple days, avoiding crowds. But Im glad DU is here to wile away some hours and not feeling totally isolated. Im retired so Im not forced to interact with many people. I went out to lunch with a like minded friend a couple days ago. Thatll probably be the last time I do that till things settle down and get clearer. Last week I was seeing the writing in the wall and witnessing how many people are whistling in the dark and telling themselves its all a hoax. Since those represent a large segment of the population I figure its best to isolate. Fortunately, at this point in time, I have always been sort of a loner. Some family members have criticized me for being that way but its looking like a very good attribute right now
But here at DU I feel a kinship and get a stream of information I dont get elsewhere. Hang in there everyone. Well make it thru this.
