The reason testing is so important is because that's the only way you can find out when the virus has reached its peak. If we did mass testing the number of cases would spike. After we did mass testing you would see when the number of cases leveled off or begin to decline. Then you would know you reached the peak. Then that would calm everything down.

Of course, if you do mass testing you would know who is infected and then you could take action. DUH!
