This.

Yes, workers are going to hurt, businesses are going to hurt, the economy is going to plunge.

However the massive death toll is going to hurt the most, not that the dead will know. Their families, their children and friends will hurt the most from the loss of a loved one. The economy will come back with hard work from a true leader. The dead will never be back except in the hearts of their loved ones they left behind.

and the one who helped enable it all will sit at his Mar-a-Lago (where he went at our expense) considering what he can do next to enrich himself even more, unaware of any feelings of remorse or sadness for the catastrophe that he failed to foresee and try to prevent.

She's due in a few days. She said she couldn't believe she was giving birth in the middle of a pandemic. She and her husband are very healthy and run an immaculate house, so I'm
sure they will be OK. What a thing to someday say, "I was born during the covid-19
crises." All of the planned visits to see the baby are cancelled. Birth and death......

I am worried about two people close, one young who is immune suppressed, and the other who is over 80. I always pictured if he got sick, I’d take care of him. At least be there to visit.

Breaks my heart to think of families who can’t even visit their elderly parents in senior homes. It’s so wrong.

And the miserable times will be shorter. Do all the things, flatten the curve. I am self isolating, myself, and my friends as well.
