I think by the end of the week the only places that will be open are

Pharmacies, hospitals, doctors offices, urgent care centers, nursing homes, ie anything healthcare, grocery stores and liquor stores and pot stores where it’s legal.

a lot of smaller businesses don't cause a lot of people to be around.

Restaurants and bars have consumption and thus more chance to spread the virus. People there longer.

How long is one at the liquor store?

HARRISBURG — The coronavirus outbreak is about to cut off sales of wine and alcohol at state stores in several Pennsylvania counties.

The state is moving to close the doors on stores in Delaware, Chester, Montgomery and Bucks Counties on Tuesday as the state continues to attack the spread of the coronavirus and COVID-19.

Those are all the counties surrounding Philadelphia.

A manicurist.

Can you imagine how many people are cancelling (or not showing at all) for their nail appointments the past few days?

Those places are almost certain to be one of the first industries to mostly close.

Strip Clubs I expect to be pretty close behind.

I bought everything I needed to do my nails. I've been getting manicures/pedicures for years. It's such a nice way to treat yourself, but there's no way I'm going to a nail salon in the foreseeable future. It's going to be devastating for nail salons.

And combine that with the fact that most people in the US don't know Vietnam from China ... it's a recipe for disaster for that industry.

Going to be tough times at the salons for sure.

If someone is in enough pain from the nerve of a dying tooth, its a dental emergency. They won't do anything for a patient with a dental emergency in the ER. I'm sure they don't even do dental xrays.

Unfortunately there are plenty of people who wait until they are in pain to see a dentist. That's our system.

Dentists work with people with their mouths open and spitting.
I’m sure many are worried about how to maintain healthy spaces for themselves and their staff.
There are dental services available via hospital emergency rooms.
I am sure your personal dentist will be be available by telephone.

and brought a mask in case the hygienist didn't have one or wanted me to put one over my nose only , of course. She laughed and said no one else has even mentioned the virus. She wore a mask but not my dentist who only looked at my mouth quickly. I asked him if he washed his hands but he didn't wear a mask.

one on one meetings with clients, waiting room is never packed. Local courts seem like they will stay open and try to accommodate by phone but only if someone is actually ill or exposed.

There are mental health counselors which are similar - one on one and not a lot of people, so I'm wondering if they will keep going. Mental health treatment could be essential.

Texas has relatively few cases so far. Less than 70 at this count, mostly from travel. First community transmission was verified maybe 4 days ago. It's likely spread, but for now the main problem is panicked shoppers and parents.

It's strange, in that there was a lot of pressure to suspend public schools in some areas, even as the public also continued business as usual. Ddifferent sub-populations, I guess. On the other hand, the virus doesn't seem to have spread to some areas, or only partially. Until there are deaths, people won't care much.

Things could change, to be sure.
