14. The current b.s. spread about this by RW'ers

Is that the WHO test "doesn't use the rna" and has a 40% false positive rate. I had an argument about this on Facebook. I had to inform the individual that the WHO test uses rtPCR and that's impossible without the viral genome. And then I pointed out that the 40% false positive rate was b.s. because primers used in rtPCR are very specific. And then pointed out that even if the 40% false positive was true, it would have resulted in more stringent measures which would have been much better than the lack of response that we've had. He didn't even bother contesting that.
