Just like he tried to cripple ACA, he tossed out the folks that would monitor health world wide so he had nobody to help prepare.

Instead of putting his own folks in the positions, he cut the program saying he would bring people in when he needed them, but he's too egotistical to admit he needs help until it's too late.

Hell, he could blame it on Franklin Roosevelt, and it changes nothing. It is a desperate attempt to cover up his total failure.

About the only thing we are missing now is a run on the banks and we would have a perfect trifecta.

The 25 percent that believe him all the time, will believe him this time. The rest of us know who did what & when.

Obama has nothing to do with this, and 75 percent of us, (maybe more) know it. Orange Julius is stupid blaming Obama, but that is not new. Julius has always been ..."stupid"
