Becoming aware of disruptions of all normal activities people are beginning to hoard supplies. Placing a higher than normal demand on dwindling supply lines may cause an unmanageable interruption of the necessities of life. I think at this point in time more emphasis should be placed on keeping the population healthy and clean. Stop interruption and/or curtailing of normal services. Ensure supplies of healthy food, cleaning supplies and purchasing power.
